Dosing machine – Type SFA
SFA has been designed and built to load the steel fibres directly into the mixer truck, ensuring the perfect distribution of fibres into the concrete mix. It consists of a rotating basket, with the function of steering the loaded fibres, a collection hopper, a high efficiency fan and a steel tube with a shape suitable for conveying the fibres directly into the truck mixer.
The machine is controlled by an electric unit, positioned in a sealed container, complete with safety socket, with thermal protection of the drive motors and polarity inverter, to have the correct rotation in any condition of the line.
The SFA is supplied with some parts disassembled, in particular the conveying pipe and the service level to be used for emptying the cartons in the basket.
Dosing machine – Type SFN
The SFN has been designed and built for the distribution of steel fibres directly on the inert loading belt. It is made up of a rotating basket aimed at directing the loaded fibres.
The positioning on the belt in the concrete mixing plant allows to obtain an excellent and uniform mixing of the fibres together with the aggregates in the packaging phase of the concrete, avoiding the balling phenomenon and assuring the correct preparation of the fibre-reinforced composite.
Automatic dispenser dosing machine
Automatic dosing machine made of steel fibres consisting of a loading hopper for big bags and a vibrating system with load cells that allows the automatic dosage of fibres, set directly on the loading conveyor.
