Fibrocev is a company that, since 1985, produces and commercializes steel fibers used to strenghten concrete conglomerates. An important charachteristic of Fibrocev has always been the sensibility towards its own clients, putting the maximum care, in addition to the products quality, into assistance. This kind of assistance consists of several phases such as study, research and product certification. Customers' new needs and new production technologies require a constant work of control and experimentation. It's for this reason that an active collaboration between Fibrocev and technical laboratories, universities and important producers of prefabricated elements ad concrete compounds has always taken place. Fibrocev's technicians from some time make part of working groups that attend to draw up general UNI norms concerning fibers and calcestruzzi fibrorinforzati. 
In addition, fibrocev is also a member of UNSIDER, italian bureau for iron metallurgy unification, which attended to the drawing up of the norm that specifies the requirements of steel fibers used for hardening beton. The most qualifying feature is perhaps the personalized technical assistance which, in order to reach a right identification of the product, starts from yard needs and problems. For this purpose is also available an E-mail address (fibrocev@fibrocev.it) which allows the customer to mantain a close relationship with our technical assistance. The company is UNI EN ISO 9002 certified and therefore all our products are controlled with ISO 9002 qualified and approved procedures; this happens also for all the other work phases, like production, delivering, order receipt etc. All the personnel is periodically subject to a training program, as provided for by ISO 9002.
